Easy-to-Use
and Effective Material Inventory Management Software
Monitor Technologies’ Silo
TrackTM material
inventory management software provides users with
an unsurpassed, easy-to-use and flexible graphical
interface for Monitor'r continuous bin level measurement
sensors. Silo TrackTM utilizes the SiloPatrol
SE Model SMU smart cable-based level sensors and/or
the Flexar guided
wave radar level sensors. SiloTrackTM offers
both Server and Client version software. When used
together SiloTrackTM Server and Client software
can provide material inventory monitoring and management
capability to an unlimited number of on-site and off-site
users and can be installed on virtually any PC.
SiloTrackTM allows a person
to monitor up to 128 sensors and display distance,
level, volume, weight, %, as well as, alarm, relay
and sensor status. Advanced features include up to
5 sensors per vessel, auto report generation & transmission
(e-mail), export capabilities and auxiliary outputs.
Up to four alarms can be established for each silo
and can be individually named and set to activate as
a high or low level alarm, sensor error and material
reorder alarm.
SiloTrackTM software offers
simple and intuitive operation as with other Windows®
based software. With no prior experience and with minimal
help from the installation and operation manual, which
is included with the software, one should become comfortable
with the operation of SiloTrackTM within
30-60 minutes. It is that simple! Please visit www.monitortech.com for

The
SafePoint rotary paddle level switch with a self-validating design
detects material presence plus continuously monitors its own ability
to function. The analysis includes sensor health and system power
failure, which makes the SafePoint truly “fail-safe”.
The SafePoint incorporates patented use of Hall-Effect technology,
dual outputs to indicate both material presence and unit health,
and microcontroller technology to continuously protect bulk solids
processing and storage from the consequences of unknown sensor
failure by providing immediate indication of a sensor failure
and confirmation of proper operation.
Other practical features of the SafePoint include rugged construction,
motor shut-off when paddle becomes impeded to maximize motor life, twist On/Off
cover for bolt free removal, and local status indicating light (except hazardous
location models)
A practical application for the SafePoint would be to use this "true"
fail-safe product if undetected sensor failure could result in a
catastrophic process problem.
