“Service” is often an over used word. It does not differentiate traditional field service supplied against a purchase order, which all manufacturers should provide, with a complete support/service program aimed at providing hassle free transactions, which Monitor provides.

leading, hassle-free service and support is all about. SecureCare is an alliance between Monitor and our customers. It is designed to guarantee your satisfaction and confidence in Monitor’s ability to meet all the expectations you have for a premium vendor. SecureCare is perpetual, not bounded by a purchase order.

LEADERSHIP
There are three basic tenets to SecureCare(SM). First, is flexibility in the way we do business. This means having hardcopy and electronic sales support materials; being able to interact with you over the phone, the Internet, or in person; prompt delivery of standard products with the ability to provide for 24 hour emergency shipments; and much, much more.

Second, is what we call the “personal touch”. We want to get to know our customers intimately, and we want our customers to have a sense of family with our team of professionals. For example, our receptionist will answer the phone in our home office during business hours, not an answering system. You will be directed to the Monitor associate best suited to handle your request promptly, courteously, and with a smile. All the associates at Monitor are committed to being immediately available for every inquiry.

Third, Monitor is not content to be a “me too” company. We strive to be the company that shapes your expectations on products and services. We continually challenge ourselves every year to “raise the bar” and expand the educational materials, sales literature, sales tools, product features, product delivery and field services that SecureCare provides.

SecureCare(SM) service and support begins with a staff of professionals that combine the skills of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and industrial and software design, with over 45 years of application experience in point and continuous level measurement of powder and bulk solids, liquid and slurry applications. We provide cost-effective and innovative measurement solutions as well as any support you need to quickly and effortlessly implement those solutions into your facility.

SecureCare continues by providing exceptional sales/technical literature and sales support materials to make it easy for you to select and specify the right instrument for any level measurement application. In addition to sales literature, Monitor produces educational material aimed at better understanding point and continuous level measurement instrumentation so that you can avoid costly misapplications. Monitor’s series of interactive, multi-media CDs dedicated to making instrument selection simple and fool proof is a great example. In addition, Monitor periodically offers web-based seminars on our products or a measurement related issue, which our customers can view over the Internet in the convenience of their offices. Interactive product CD's and the web-based seminars are offered free of charge. SecureCare includes an advanced, full feature web site at www.monitortech.com. This web site contains information about Monitor and all our products, industry Solutions and a Showcase of information.

SecureCare also means that our products will be delivered on-time as needed. Our manufacturing operation is designed for most standard products to ship within 2 to 5 days from receipt of an order. In addition, Monitor maintains sufficient inventory of parts and completed units to provide emergency same-day or 24-hour shipment. This means a lower cost of ownership to you by not having to stock parts and complete instruments locally for processes demanding minimal down time. Monitor products are designed to be plug-in-place, meaning simple installation and start-up by your own personnel without any specialized training or tools. Monitor is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer.
