Rotary Paddle Level Switches - Models
KA and KAX
Economical point level control sensors for the detection
of dry bulk materials. This level switch is ideal for use
as low level and high level indicators in bins, silos,
hoppers, and other vessels.
The SafePoint® rotary paddle bin level monitor / indicator
provides the ultimate in fail-safe performance wherever critical
continuous operation
must be
ensured. Detection
of both material presence/absence and its own operational
status is
performed on a continuous basis.
TrueCap® RF capacitance probes are designed to provide
a high level of sensitivity, stability and durability for
powder and bulk solids applications, as well as liquid and
slurry applications. The Model MK2 is a state-of-the-art
point level sensor providing maximum performance, reliability
and value.
TrueCap® RF capacitance probes are designed to provide
a high level of sensitivity, stability and durability for
powder
and bulk
solids applications,
as well as liquid and slurry applications. The model MK2e
provides high quality and performance at the lowest possible
price.
The vibrating probe principle eliminates problems associated
with temperature, humidity and material changes, while providing
state-of-the-art electronic reliability and accuracy that
requires no calibration. The Model PZP point level senor provides
the ultimate in sensitivity and performance.
The vibrating probe principle eliminates problems associated
with temperature, humidity and material changes, while providing
state-of-the-art electronic reliability and accuracy that
requires no calibration. The VibraRod™ provides reliable
point level measurement sensing in a wide variety of applications
within powder and bulk solids markets.
The flush mount, non-intrusive BINATROL® diaphragm
level switch is ideally used when vessel size or internal
clearance is limited, or
where protrusion into a vessel is not acceptable.
Microwave solids flow detectors can
be used in a variety of applications including feed mills & grain processing,
consumer foods (cereal, sugar, cocoa, coffee), chemicals & pesticides
and more. For example, one company uses Monitor’s Model SFD-2
solids flow detector to verify the flow of feed pellets through their
various transport lines which involves a process where a horizontal
screw auger is conveying pellets over to a vertical gravity chute. The
chute then directs the pellets to a process down below. They have
carefully placed the SFD-2 so that it detects the pellets as they
fall directly across the sensor face. (See Below)
The Model SFI and SFD-2 line of solids flow detectors
from Monitor Technologies, LLC provide analog or relay outputs to
indicate the flow / no-flow condition of powder and bulk solids materials
in chutes and pneumatic conveying lines. Using microwave Doppler
radar technology these units are non-invasive plus extremely reliable
and rugged to withstand the rigors of the installation and your process
extremes. From automated systems with pneumatic lines to gravity
chutes, solids flow monitors can help to improve process performance.
They can assist in detecting flow problems, as well as, enhance the
level of automation at a facility like turning a conveyor on or off.
